Plumbing and electrical
Leaks, blockages, tripping circuits, dead sockets, and new points. Urgent faults are prioritised, so mention it in your message if the water or power is off.
AC service and painting
Split and window AC servicing, gas top-ups, installation and shifting. Interior repainting, patch work and full flat repaints before a move.
Carpentry and maintenance
Doors, wardrobes, modular kitchens and furniture repair. Monthly upkeep for guest houses, offices and small residential buildings.
What we work on
We work on most kinds of residential and small commercial property in Delhi and NCR. If yours is unusual, describe it in the form and we will tell you whether it is a fit.
Homes and flats
One-off repairs, larger renovations, pre-move painting, and annual maintenance. Both owned and rented homes, with the owner's approval where needed.
Guest houses and rentals
Frequent turnover work between guests or tenants, plus a named point of contact for the property manager to call when something goes wrong.
Small offices and shops
Electrical, AC and general upkeep for offices and shops under about 2,000 sq ft. Scheduled visits outside working hours are possible.
Across Delhi and NCR
We work across the whole of Delhi and the four main NCR cities. Response time depends on where you are, so if it is urgent and you are outside Delhi, call rather than use the form.
Delhi
All of South, West, North, East and Central Delhi, plus New Delhi. Same-day slots for urgent jobs in South Delhi. Next-day slots for most other areas.
Noida and Gurugram
Sectors across Noida and Greater Noida West, and most of Gurugram including DLF phases. Booked one to two days ahead.
Ghaziabad and Faridabad
Indirapuram, Vaishali, Vasundhara, Crossings Republik, and most Faridabad sectors. Group visits on set days of the week.
When we can visit
Standard working hours are Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Slots fill up around major festivals and at the start of summer, so it is worth booking ahead for AC service and painting.
Standard visits
Most jobs are booked within 24 to 48 hours. Morning slots (8am to noon) are usually easier to get at short notice.
Urgent callouts
Burst pipes, dead circuits and similar problems are attended the same day if you call before evening. Mention it when you call so we can route the nearest technician.
Sunday and after-hours
Sunday is reserved for genuine emergencies. After-hours visits on weekdays are possible for offices and shops that cannot close during the day.

Site visit is ₹300 across most Delhi addresses. Adjusted against the final bill if you approve the work.
