How do you decide the price?
We inspect the job first, then give you a written quote with labour and materials listed separately. You approve it before we begin. If we find something extra once work has started, we stop and tell you the cost before continuing.
Is there a charge for the visit?
A site visit is ₹300 for most Delhi addresses. If you approve the work, we adjust that amount against your final bill, so the visit effectively costs you nothing.

How quickly can someone come?
For most bookings we can offer a slot within 24 to 48 hours. Urgent plumbing and electrical problems, such as a burst line or a dead circuit, are usually attended the same day if you call before evening.
Do you bring your own materials?
We carry standard fittings, switches, sealants and consumables. For larger items such as a geyser, a pump or paint, we give you a written list and either buy them with your approval or let you buy them yourself.
What if something goes wrong after the job?
Call the same number. If the problem is connected to the work we did, we come back and correct it at no extra charge. If it is a new or unrelated fault, we will tell you that honestly and quote for it separately.
