FixRight Home Services is a Delhi-based repair and maintenance company working across homes, flats and small offices. We handle the day-to-day jobs that keep a house running, and we handle them the same way every time, whether it is a leaking tap or a full flat repaint.
FixRight started in 2016 with two technicians and one van, working out of a small office in Lajpat Nagar. The idea came from a simple frustration. Getting a plumber to show up on time, at a price he had agreed beforehand, was harder than it should have been. The same was true for electricians and carpenters. Everyone knew someone who did it on the side, and nobody wanted to recommend them.
We built the company around the parts most people find difficult. Written quotes instead of numbers called out over the phone. A named person on the booking who stays on the job. Technicians who carry an ID card and cover the floor before they start. It is not complicated, but it needs to be done consistently, and that is what we set out to do.
Today we work across Delhi and the surrounding NCR, with crews running through the city each day. The office is still in South Delhi, and the same person who started taking calls in 2016 still answers the phone when a customer calls back about an older job.
These are not slogans. They are the checks that go into every job, and every technician on our team is trained against them.
Every technician arrives in a FixRight shirt and carries a photo ID. If someone turns up without either, do not let them in. Call the office and we will confirm whether they are ours.
Sheets go down before tools come out. In a working home this matters more than speed, and we treat it that way. Debris is cleared before we leave.
Every job above a small callout gets a written quote. Labour and material are listed separately so you can see where the money goes.
If a job turns out to be bigger than expected, we stop and explain. Nothing extra is done and no extra charge is added without your approval.
Tools packed, dust wiped, fittings returned to how we found them. Small thing, but it is the difference between a repair and a mess.
If anything needs a second look after we leave, you call the same number and reach the same team. No passing you between people.
Our technicians are on our payroll, not sourced per job. That is why they know the standards and why the same faces come back to the same buildings.

Sunita runs the front desk and the follow-ups. If something is not right after a job, she is usually the one chasing it until it is.
Manjeet has been with us since the first year. He handles the trickier leak and cooling jobs and trains new technicians on site.
We do not start a job on the phone. Someone has to see it. That is not a delay, it is the reason our quotes hold up.
A technician visits, looks at the problem properly, and asks what else in the house has been behaving oddly. Small faults are often related. We would rather find that out before we start than after.
You receive a written quote with the scope of work, materials needed, and labour split out. If there are options, such as repair versus replace, both are listed with the price for each.
Once you approve the quote, we book a date and time that suits you. For small jobs we can sometimes do the work the same day as the inspection.
The team arrives on time, covers the area, and does the job. Before leaving they walk you through what was done, show you the finished work, and clean up.
We check in a few days later to make sure everything is still working as it should. If something is not, we come back.
We make four commitments to every customer. They are the same on the first job and the fiftieth.
No verbal "we will see how it goes". A written quote, before the tools come out, and no work above that quote without your approval.
If repairing something will cost more than it saves, we will say so. Sometimes the right answer is to leave it alone.
If we are running late, you will get a call before the appointment, not after the window has passed.
If our work causes a problem, we come back and make it right at our cost. No arguments, no delay.
A short walk-through of a normal working day on site, so there are no surprises for you or your family.
You get a call about thirty minutes before arrival so you are not waiting around. If you need to shift the time, that is the moment to say so.
The technician shows their ID, introduces themselves, and walks the area with you. They confirm the scope from the quote and ask any last questions.
Sheets and dust covers go down. Tools are laid out in one corner. If the power or water needs to be shut off, they tell you first and confirm it is a good time.
The job is done according to the quote. If anything unexpected comes up, the technician pauses and contacts the office. No decision is made on your behalf.
Once finished, the work is tested in front of you. You are shown what was changed and what to look out for in the weeks after. The area is cleaned and tools packed.
Whether it is a one-off repair or something you have been meaning to get to for months, we will come and look, quote honestly, and do the work properly.
Site visit is ₹300 across most Delhi addresses. Adjusted against the final bill if you go ahead.
